We provide quality hearing products and services to patients of all ages for all of their hearing needs. Our team believes in educating patients and providing them with the tools they need to protect and maintain proper hearing.
We take pride in maintaining our quality of work and providing patients with quality hearing solutions they can trust. Our practice has two convenient locations in Chattanooga, TN and Trenton, GA. We are proud to provide hearing services to patients throughout communities in Northwest Georgia, Southeast Tennessee and beyond.
Meet Our Team
Elizabeth Welch, Au.D.
Dr. Elizabeth Welch received her doctorate from Salus University. She has been in private practice for over 25 years, and has owned her own practice since 2009. Dr. Welch is thrilled to be part of HearTN, and is grateful for the opportunity to now share her passion for helping people in Southeast Tennessee and Northwest Georgia. Dr. Welch also founded and runs a non-profit organization, Hearing Connections, which helps make hearing health care more affordable for everyone.
Paige Lyon, Au.D.
Dr. Paige Lyon received her doctorate in Audiology from Lamar University. Paige is a Las Vegas native and completed her undergraduate work at MTSU on a soccer scholarship. Her family is very close, and they love to spend time together outdoors. Settling in Chattanooga has been a great move for Paige and her husband Taylor, and she hopes to bring the rest of her family here soon!
Kathy Pickel, Patient Care Coordinator
Kathy is our Patient Care Coordinator in the Trenton office and has been with the practice since it opened in 2008. Kathy is a native of the Chattanooga tri-state area and raised her family in Dade County with her husband of over 40 years, Ed. They have two grown children and one grandson. Her attention to detail and love for the patients comes through to make us a better team every day. Kathy tells us she loves working for HearTN, making our patients feel comfortable the moment they walk in our office, and that it's especially rewarding to know that our services are improving their quality of life. We are proud to have Kathy on our team.
Teresa Gregg, Patient Care Coordinator
Teresa is our Patient Care Coordinator in the Red Bank office. Teresa’s background is in health care administration, before staying home to raise her children. She grew up in Goodlettsville, a small town just outside of Nashville. Teresa has two children. She joined the team at HearTN in 2018. She loves music, gardening, and just being outside doing different things.
Lauren Thieman – Account Receivable Coordinator & Insurance Coordinator
Lauren grew up in Franklin. She earned an associates degree from Columbia State CC and is newly married to her husband Micah. The Thieman's live in Franklin and are very involved with their church where Lauren is active in the kids ministry. She loves spending time with her family and friends, and we are thrilled to have her on our team.
Sara Sartin, Director of Operations
Sara received her bachelor's degree from Liberty University with majors in Business Management and Christian Counseling. Sara is a former Marine who enjoys organizing and strategic planning. She thrives on seeing positive results and developing systems to deliver the highest quality of patient care and satisfaction. Sara and her husband live in Franklin, TN and love to travel. They have a son who is studying science at the University of Iowa.
